01All agents start at an 80% level unless approved by corporate staff. Exceptions are made only when proof of current production and persistency is provided, and approval is at the discretion of corporate staff.
02To qualify for a new contract level, an agent must hit the required production level for one month and be in good standing with the carriers.
03Comp levels cannot be skipped.
04Production months end at the end of each calendar month.
05Split policies count 100% toward the writing agent.
06For builder contracts: if one of your direct legs accounts for more than 50% of your entire hierarchy production, you receive 50% credit for that leg.
07A minimum 75% persistency over 12 months is required for all promotions.
